Production of a driver recruitment video
THE BRIEF
Stagecoach operates buses across East Kent and East Sussex with a few services extending to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells in West Kent. We were briefed to help create a recruitment video for bus drivers to be used at careers events and online.
OUR APPROACH
Filming for two days in Canterbury and Eastbourne we got out on the road with four bus drivers to learn about their jobs and find out what it’s like to work at Stagecoach.
I explained what we wanted, and Digitom came back with a plan which exceeded our expectations!
They really caught the rawness we wanted to achieve from our recruitment video.
