Stagecoach Connect

Stagecoach is one of the UK’s largest bus operators, serving communities across East Kent, East Sussex and West Kent.

The brief

We were commissioned to create a campaign film to launch Stagecoach Connect, a new on‑demand transport service for Aylesham and surrounding villages.

The challenge was to clearly introduce a new way of travelling, reassuring customers that booking a journey could be simple, flexible and accessible – whether via the app or by phone.

Our approach

Working in close partnership with the Stagecoach marketing team, we developed a clear storyboard and voiceover‑led script that put the customer experience front and centre.

We followed a real‑world journey, filming a customer using Stagecoach Connect from booking to arrival. Live‑action footage was supported by subtle animation overlays to clearly demonstrate journey planning, ticket options and how the service works in practice.

By combining human storytelling with clear visual explanation, we created a calm, confidence‑building film designed to remove barriers to adoption and encourage first‑time use.

The outcome

The finished campaign film launched Stagecoach Connect with clarity and warmth, helping local audiences quickly understand the service and how it fits into their daily lives.

Designed for digital channels, the film supported Stagecoach’s wider rollout of the on‑demand service, reinforcing trust in the brand while showcasing a practical, community‑focused transport solution.
