THE BRIEF

Stagecoach operates buses across East Kent and East Sussex with a few services extending to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells in West Kent. We were briefed to create an internal communication to help launch the new Service Delivery Support Team to colleagues across the business.

OUR APPROACH

Filming with Managing Director Joel Mitchell our creative was gathered on location in Canterbury, intercut with scenes of the new communications centre and operations teams. Set to appropriate background music, with branding guidelines from Stagecoach, the short video complements the company’s internal communications about the new initiative.
