Quantuma

Festive performance

Quantuma is a UK-based advisory firm specialising in business recovery, restructuring, forensic accounting and corporate finance.

The brief

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many of their colleagues and clients were working remotely, with limited opportunities to connect beyond formal, business-critical communication.

The brief was to create a live-streamed festive performance that could bring people together, mark the end of a difficult year, and reinforce Quantuma’s commitment to its community through a shared cultural experience.

Our approach

Working closely with Quantuma’s communications team and the London Community Gospel Choir’s producer, we designed a live-streamed event that balanced warmth and celebration with the practical constraints of pandemic guidance.

Following government safety regulations, we delivered a multi-camera production at Hackney Church in East London, enabling a socially distanced performance while maintaining broadcast-quality standards.

Careful planning and clear coordination allowed the choir to focus on the performance itself, while we managed the technical, logistical and safety considerations behind the scenes.

The event was streamed live on YouTube, ensuring accessibility for colleagues and clients wherever they were based.

The outcome

The live stream provided a shared moment of connection at a time when in-person gatherings were not possible. It offered a sense of closure and celebration at the end of the year, while reinforcing Quantuma’s values through a thoughtful, well-executed experience.

With permission from the London Community Gospel Choir, a selection of highlights continues to be shared, extending the life of the project and allowing the performance to reach a wider audience beyond the original live event.

What’s impressed us the most is Digitom’s upfront creative input, adding significant value to both our video content and ongoing relationship with them.
